Field Sales Manager
OLI Vibrationstechnik GmbH, German subsidiary of Oli Spa, Italian multinational company and leader in Industrial vibration technology, is looking for Field Sales Managers with strong Sales experience in B2B sectors with proven track of sales results achieved.
Regular place of work in HQ Limburg a. d. Lahn, northern or southern Germany
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building relationships with existing customer accounts
Generate new leads and convert into customers
Visiting and keeping direct relationship with the customers.
Keep an outstanding level of customer service and ensuring customer retention;
Provide regular sales reports and attend sales meeting when required;
The ideal profile comprehends the following:
EDUCATION:
Mechanical Engineer or Technical background is preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Solid experience as Field Sales Manager (> 3 years) in B2B sectors, dealing with technical products.
Proven track of successful personal sales activities in competitive markets.
SKILLS:
Target oriented, ambitious, self-driven.
Leadership, teamwork and communication skills
Effective presentation skills and natural empathy
Willing to travel whenever it is necessary, frequently in Germany and sporadically out of the country
Very good knowledge in MS Office applications
Fluent in German and English
