Impressive response from an international audience: June 2015, NOLL Processing Technology GmbH made its first appearance in Frankfurt/Germany at ACHEMA, the International Leading Show for the Process Industries, on the exhibition booth of worldwide reputed size reduction specialist PALLMANN. Both companies presented their first project together – an innovative mechanical processing solution for the protein shifting in standard flours «200µm.

The compact, efficient new system attracted a great diversity of international clients from the food industry: online combination processing in one go, from impact mill directly into the dynamic air classifier of the NOLL SeparaNo® series.
NOLL’s impact jet mill »DemiNo®« or PALLMANN’s »Turbofiner PLM®« serves to disintegrate and open the product while the high-performance air classifier achieves optimum fractionization into fine and coarse material. Exhibit on the stand, SeparaNo® 9420-SE – a model with classifier door – was in the center of public attention of visitors from around the globe.

Higher precision at lower cost: The innovative processing design stands out through excellent product disintegration and particularly high selectivity of air classification. It uses only one filter, no intermediate separator, and is extraordinarily economical, not only due to its integrated online workflow. Set-up is easy, and only mimimum space is required. Low energy consumption diminishes the operating costs.
The concept is suitable for processing a great variety of flours for the food and feed sector – from cottonseed and peas to soy and wheat. The flexibility of the technologies make the system ideal to solve new challenges with specific requirements. Manifold benefits: So the exhibition brought many new contacts on an international scale – giving proof of the valuable synergies of project and sales partners PALLMANN and NOLL.
