Overview of the Muller Beltex elevator bucket range

Muller Beltex is Europe’s specialist in elevator buckets, with Columbus, Starco and Super Starco models in pressed steel, stainless steel, HDP, polyurethane or nylon.
Muller Beltex provides premium elevator buckets in steel and plastic to enhance bulk handling performance. Their diverse range focuses on durability, efficiency, and customized fit for every industrial application.

Elevator buckets for every application

Muller Beltex supplies various steel elevator buckets, including Columbus, Euro-Norm, and Jet types. These are available in mild steel or stainless steel, offering robust performance for heavy-duty applications.
For lighter materials or specialized needs, the company offers plastic buckets like Starco and Super Starco. Made from HDPE, Nylon, or Polyurethane, these provide excellent wear resistance and reduce overall belt load.

Custom solutions for maximum throughput and efficiency

Choosing the right bucket is crucial for maximizing elevator capacity. Muller Beltex assists customers in selecting the ideal shape and material to minimize product damage while increasing the total system throughput.
Below you will find a list of models and versions of elevator buckets.

Steel & metal buckets

PolyFlow air-permeable needled polyester fabric PolyFlow improves conveyor efficiency with consistent airflow
PolyFlow air-permeable needled polyester fabric
PolyFlow improves conveyor efficiency with consistent airflow PolyFlow has been specifically designed for the concepts and principles of fluidization, ensuring better performance and a longer operating life compared to conveyor products that are merely used in fluidization applications. Traditional air flow fabrics are usually of a solid woven construction. This type of material can have “hot spots” caused by uneven air flow through the weave, leading to lack of fluidity and reduced capacity. PolyFlow gives an even air distribution to ensure a good cushion for a consistent flow with virtually no abrasion wear. Unlike solid woven belts, PolyFlow does not need to have the edges heat or silicone sealed to prevent air loss, and the needle felt material is easy to cut and drill for flange fitting. The design and construction offer several significant advantages over solid woven fabrics: Key Advantages of PolyFlow Fabric * Uniform and Consistent Airflow: The needled construction ensures even air distribution, preventing

Kryptane® Urethane magnetic wear liners
This Polyurethane magnetic patch or liner can be installed quickly and safely without the use of welders or bolt fastening systems. Our products are made of high quality polyurethane and can be applied to any steel surface which have been proven to increase wear life, reduce down time and increase efficiency. Not only do these liners require no-bolt, no-glue or welding, they are also custom fit to each application so there is no cutting involved for the customer. All that is needed is a clean steel surface. Kryptane® Urethane magnetic wear liners * Constructed with Kryptane® Polyurethane * Imbedded High strength rare earth magnets allow for installation using magnetic force alone * No Bolting – No Welding – No Cutting to the applied area * Eliminates the need for Hot Work permits in most areas * Stay securely in place on vibrating screens and chutes * Can be repositioned easily and safely, when time permits, for the repair to be done permanently * Can be field trimmed to fit unusual surfaces or conditions, due to the polyurethane material * Custom Size Available Upon Request Redure

Prevent screening downtime with Karolee sifter cleaning balls
Prevent screening downtime with Karolee sifter cleaning balls
Minimise maintenance with our high-quality sifter cleaning balls. Where rubber sifter cleaning balls fail over time, our Karolee® polyurethane sifter balls continuously stay active with a very long service life. These sifter balls have a lasting elasticity of 70% and are without adhesion or absorption of the processed product and are bacteriological safe. Because of these properties they comply with the most stringent requirements and regulations in the food and chemicals industry. Opt for optimum production. Wireless monitoring of heavily loaded bearings prevents downtime
Most bearing damage occurs due to material fatigue as a result of continuously varying loads. To tackle this problem, an advanced system for wireless monitoring of bearing temperatures was installed. For a circular future with lower CO₂ emissions and manageable costs, smart and efficient use of raw materials is indispensable. Heros Sluiskil, a leader in the circular economy, plays a key role in this. By sustainably processing bottom ash into secondary raw materials, the company minimises waste and maximises reuse. A crucial link in this process are the heavy industrial screening plants that process the bottom ashes. Heros processes 1 million tonnes of AEC bottom ash annually, a quantity that continues to increase. To achieve these ambitious targets, the plants must continue to operate reliably. Especially the heavily loaded bearings in the screening plants are a risk factor; their failure often leads to unexpected and costly downtime. Cause of bearing failure and the solution Most premature bearing damage occurs due to material fatigue as a result of continuously varying loads. Research shows that 60% of bearing failures are caused by this. This results in

Redi-Liners modular lining system Kryptile ceramic liners combine the properties of aluminium oxide ceramics with the huge impact resistance and toughness of Kryptane polyurethane.
Redi-Liners modular lining system
Kryptile ceramic liners combine the properties of aluminium oxide ceramics with the huge impact resistance and toughness of Kryptane polyurethane. Ceramic material is highly abrasion-resistant, but is vulnerable for breaking due to impact at an angle of of 90/60°. The impact energy is not absorbed and the ceramic could crack. Kryptile ceramic liners combine the properties of aluminium oxide ceramics with the huge impact resistance and toughness of Kryptane polyurethane. This protects the very fragile ceramic against a direct impact at an angle of 90/60° and is ideal for impact situations with large quantities of sharp and coarse product. This is the ultimate solution for aggressive applications. Kryptile liners are all designed in line with the customer’s requirements and can be supplied in the exact shape of, for example, a chute, bin or hopper and ensure a perfect fit. This prevents unnecessarily long installation downtime. The standard panel dimensions can be supplied in the exact dimension of 300 x 300 mm. This includes a cast steel plate with welded nut. The so-called Redi-Liners are fitted at the place
