UCY Technologies develops optical sorting systems for recycling facilities and plant integrators. Its modular sorting platforms combine sensor technology with real-time AI processing and are engineered for yield, purity and throughput across mixed plastics, PET bottles and flakes.

The range comprises the A-series (belt sorters for post-consumer plastics, PET bottles and bulk waste, with optional metal detection and SWIR polymer identification), the F-series (flake sorting with dual 4K cameras per chute and in-house multispectral lighting for PET recycling) and the Q-series (compact inspection system for existing conveyors, with live quality statistics and mill-protection signals). UCY Cockpit provides central cloud-based monitoring and remote control. The systems are available for purchase or as Sorting as a Service.

Founded in 2016, UCY Technologies is based in Aicha vorm Wald, Germany. Since 2017 its technology has been running in 24/7 operation in its own recycling plants, at STF Group sites and at international customer facilities.
