Following a successful testing phase, a mobile shredder from UNTHA shredding technology was installed at Struber Entsorgung GmbH. The decision, in favour of UNTHA’s XR mobil-e model, was down to the unique combination of an energy-efficient power unit, mobility and flexibility during the processing of different flows of materials. The subject of electro mobility is booming; funding, research and politics rely heavily on this sector. Struber Entsorgung GmbH also appreciates the importance of this topic. The medium-sized family business deals with services in the field of waste management and disposal, recycling, street cleaning, demolition and earthworks. The first UNTHA XR mobil-e in Austria recently went into operation at Struber. The mobile shredder offers the company maximum flexibility when processing different materials. CANDI Plastic opts for new QR series for material recycling
First real-life application for the UNTHA QR series: In July this year, CANDI Plastic Recycling began using a QR1700 shredder for the shredding of plastics. The company is located in Lower Austria and specialises in the collection and treatment of non-hazardous waste. Several features proved this high-performance UNTHA single-shaft shredder was the best-fit machine for the brief, such as its versatility, low energy consumption and multi-functional flap. Extensive know-how in material shredding With the particularly reliable QR class, UNTHA has managed to combine several advantages in a single product range: The machines reduce costs for the customers while increasing their operational performance and simplifying their maintenance schedule at the same time.
